The 36 members of the 撸奶社区Pirates have been working on three key ingredients all season.

Like a true world-class sporting event, you could feel the energy emanating from every inch of space throughout the Al McIntosh Loggers Sports Grounds on Sunday (Aug. 1) for the 2004 Open Show.

The words sailing and 撸奶社区have been closely connected for years in the community, and this year marks a special year for the sport.

In the end, there were two athletes that stood above the rest. They chopped, bucked, ran, raced and sawed better than any of the other competitors throughout the day and their effort paid off.

The weather was hot, but the times of the racers were even hotter in this year's edition of the GearJammer on Saturday (July 24).

Corner Brook, Nfld. is the place to be this week for adventure racers. The Adventure Racing World Championships 2004 will begin on Sunday (Aug. 1) and a 撸奶社区resident will be in the field of competitors.

撸奶社区is consistently producing great fastpitch players and the next star from 撸奶社区is set to make his mark. Kenny Webb joined the B.C. Junior Men's fastpitch team a few weeks after the team was created in April.

In Joe Eppele's case, using size to your advantage is a good thing.

It started with emotion, as the wife and son of Bob McIntosh returned to 撸奶社区to witness their first 撸奶社区Triathlon - a Memorial to Bob McIntosh Sunday (July 11) at Alice Lake.

The 撸奶社区Windsports Society (SWS) received a much-needed gift last week when No Limits Motorsports of 撸奶社区donated a brand new 2004 Bombardier Sea Doo for use as a retrieval vessel.
