SAANICH — Police in Saanich, B.C., say a 36-year-old teacher in the Greater Victoria School District is accused of engaging in sexual interactions with students.

Ali Aghasardar pleaded guilty to one count of sexual assault and one count of voyeurism in Vancouver Provincial Court on March 18, 2024.

The teacher at the centre of the allegations taught at Mount Douglas Secondary and Oak Bay High, according to the Greater Victoria School District.
