Briefs from the District of 撸奶社区Council meeting held Tuesday, Oct. 25:
The District of 撸奶社区and Wal-Mart signed an important agreement this week, said 撸奶社区Mayor Ian Sutherland. A servicing agreement was signed Monday (Oct. 24). The agreement paved the way for the developer of the site to start the construction process by bringing gravel onto the lands to start the process of compacting the ground.
University Heights Development Corp gets permit
Local lawmakers unanimously approved the granting of a development permit to the company planning to build the first market homes on the Quest University lands.
Douglas Day of University Heights said interest in the project is high. He said more than 500 people have enquired about the project and expressed interest in owning homes within the development.
